The 1949 Studebaker 2R truck was the first new post war designed truck from any manufacturer. The basic grille and front end treatment lasted from 1949 - 1954. These 2R trucks also had a split or two piece windshield. Standard interior includes the dark tan seat, and the exterior is painted Sierra Red. The “Studie“ rides on red painted steel rims, small chrome caps and black wall tires.
